CrossFit Training

WHAT IS CROSSFIT? Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed for everyone. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience.

Our CrossFit program is designed to increase one’s general health and fitness for a sustainable amount of time. In our CrossFit program our members will work on improving their strength through movements that involve pushing, pulling, pressing, and squatting, while increasing their cardio capacity through well-designed conditioning pieces focused on both aerobic (longer) and anaerobic (shorter) conditioning workouts.

Our CrossFit Program focuses on stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, accuracy, agility, and balance. You see the use of these physical skills in weightlifting, dynamic, and functional movements.

Weightlifting is a strength and technique program that is focused on increasing one’s form and technique with the barbell. The ultimate goal is to get comfortable with the barbell to eventually lead to weight increases for specific lifting movements.

Gymnastics focus on those dynamic movements that break down the complex movements to ensure you are building your flexibility, coordination, etc.

The functional movements are essential to your quality of life. These include natural, day-to-day movements you utilize.

All of the workouts in our CrossFit program can be scaled to meet any member’s fitness and skill level, while making sure that the workout is both effective and enjoyable.
