Why are you passionate about CrossFit?
“I am passionate about CrossFit because of all the undeniable benefits it provides to our daily lives. Since 2016, I’ve witnessed CrossFit’s methodology enhance physical performance, physiological health, and promote an environment of connectedness through rigorous and challenging workouts. As a trainer I’ve been rewarded in my passion by watching members transform into healthier, informed, and more physically capable versions of themselves. Collectively, the CrossFit environment celebrates personal best, benchmarks, and individual goals. These achievements provide a means to validate all the time, work, and commitment that goes into performing movements and exercises correctly, and at a high intensity. Through CrossFit, my goal is to share this tool, and my passion, to help build a healthier and more active future for everyone that walks through our doors.”
