Why are you passionate about CrossFit?
“CrossFit has taught me what it means to live a healthy lifestyle. I have been able to instill all of the knowledge I’ve learned through CrossFit to my family and friends. I love being able to express how grateful I am for CrossFit and influencing others to join me in living a healthy lifestyle. I love watching my little kids get excited about working out and watching them progress in their form and technique. CrossFit has influenced my life to be better for myself and all of those around me. I truly believe CrossFit is for anyone and everyone.”
