Why are you passionate about CrossFit?
“CrossFit for me is a lifestyle! It’s not about how your body looks, it’s about what your body can do. By following the CrossFit methodology, I have learned the proper way of eating healthy and performing technical movements better. You are never in this alone, the CrossFit community is like no other. We are all like minded individuals supporting each others goals. I love how accomplished I feel after a WOD, or when I hit a new PR. As a trainer, I always look forward to help all of those who come through our doors. CrossFit has definitely changed my life in a very positive way!”
Why are you passionate about Zumba?
“Zumba is an exciting way to exercise and have fun! We dance like no one is watching and get to enjoy every minute of it. As a Zumba instructor, I enjoy watching my athletes/members having a blast while dancing as they are reaching their fitness goals. Every class feels like a party! It’s fun! It’s fitness! It’s Zumba!”
Fun Fact – “I enjoy doing trail runs, cleaning, and reading!”
