Open Gym is perfect for those whose schedules may not align with our other programs but still want to do the Workout of the Day, or those that may want to do some extra work on the side. You have the ability to work during specific hours of the day on your own. This program is only offered for those who sign up with the Unlimited CrossFit Membership.
